Abraham García González graduated from the Parma Conservatory, attended masterclasses with Alessandro Corbelli and Roberto Scandiuzzi and obtained his master from the Accademia Teatro alla Scala and Piccolo Teatro di Milano (with honours and top marks) in 2015. He subsequently attended the Scuola dell’Opera Teatro Comunale di Bologna. During the time of his studies, he appeared in “Farse rossiniane”, as Ramfis in “Aida” and Slook in “La Cambiale di Matrimonio”.

Since completing his studies in 2017, the Spanish baritone has made his debuts as Gianni Schicchi, Germont in “La Traviata” and Uberto in “La Serva Padrona” at Teatro Comunale di Bologna, as Dottor Bartolo in “Barbiere di Siviglia” at Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, and as Martino in “L’Occasione fa il Ladro” at Teatro Regio di Parma. In this brief time, he has already worked with numerous conductors including: Stefano Conticello, Hirofumi Yoshida, Matteo Parmeggiani, Roberto De Maio, Carlo Donadio, Germano Neri, Marcello Rota and Roberto Polastri, and directors including: Valentina Brunetti, Cristina Giardini, Alfonso Antoniozzi, Ulduz Ashraf Gandomi, Fabio Cherstich, Lisa Capaccioli, Artemio Cabassi and Sandra Bertuzzi.

He has also performed Belcore in “L’Elisir d’amore” with the Orchestra Senzaspine di Bologna at the Teatro Duse di Bologna and the Teatro Nuovo Ferrara in Trieste, Dandini in “La Cenerentola” with Europa InCanto at Teatro Argentina in Rome, Teatro Comunale in Treviso and Teatro San Carlo in Naples. He has sung Marco in “Gianni Scchichi” with the Orchestra La Verdi in Milan, Dandini in “La Cenerentola” as well as Marcello and Schaunard in “La Boheme” with the Baby BoFe Bologna Festival, and Marchese in “La Traviata” at Teatro Verdi di Busseto.
